What you are buying

A single payment gives you access to Building a Positive Autistic Identity: the nine worlds and their lessons, boss challenges, check-ins, the Codex, the Phoenix companion and your Growth Journal PDF. It is a personal licence for you to use. Please do not share your sign-in link or copy the course content.

Price and payment

The price is shown in pounds sterling at checkout and is taken by Stripe as a one-off payment. There is no subscription.

Access

Access starts immediately after payment. We email you a sign-in link that works on any device. If you lose it, you can request a new one using the email you paid with. We aim to keep the course available, and will give notice if that ever changes.

Your right to cancel, and starting straight away

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. Because this is digital content that you can start straight away, at checkout you are asked to agree that the course begins immediately, and that you lose your right to cancel once you have started it.

If something goes wrong

If you cannot access the course, or it does not work as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.

Not therapy or medical advice

The course and Phoenix provide education and space for reflection. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or medical, legal or crisis advice, and Phoenix is a program that only looks things up and can miss what you mean. If you are struggling, please speak to a professional or someone you trust, and use the Help button for support wherever you are. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

Using the course fairly

Please use the course and Phoenix respectfully and lawfully. We may limit Phoenix messages per day to keep it available for everyone.
